Dustin was fantastic! In addition to towing the car, he was able to assess the problem as faulty from the store who had replaced our brakes and helped us work with them to cover the associated costs of the repair.

Let's face it...no one wants to call for a tow because that means something bad happened. Overland Tow makes it SO easy! Dispatch was professional and courteous. Response time was quick! The driver, Donavin, was super helpful, very friendly, and made a stressful situation seem so much easier to handle. Plus, their rates are reasonable compared to other (very expensive) companies I've used in the past. They will definitely be my go-to from now on.

Called in to dispatcher who was very kind, helpful and polite. Was able to set up time to have my car towed that had broke down the previous day. Dustin was sent out and was tremendous.
